The chairperson of the Shura Council of Ennahda Movement, Abdelkarim Harouni positively confirmed that consultations to establish the new government will kick off today after the Shura meeting.
In an official statement to Jawhara FM, he exclaimed that primary and indirect communications had already begun with winning parties, but the real consultations will start after the Shura Council meeting.
He also asserted that the Shura Council would tentatively set the overall direction of the party consultation and negotiation policies in forming the new government, stressing a commission headed by the movement Rachid Ghannouchi will oversee these consultations.
