In a video circulating on social media, presidential nominee Nabil Karoui talked upon his release about the circumstances of inmates in prison; Karoui described their situation as absurd and unacceptable, citing the presence of some of the elderlies incarcerated for many years on simple charges.
With some being sentenced for Cannabis and Cheque fraud charges , karoui stated that laws need to be changed to aid and improve prisoners life.
