What a surprise ! We learn today with the datamining of the game, that the overwhelming majority of 3D models of Pokémon used are recycling versions Sun and Moon.
In fact, by comparing the number of polygons on the models of the 3DS and Switch games, the dataminers noticed that they were identical.
In white, the Sword and Shield versions, in black the Sun and Moon versions.

Some rare pokémon were allowed minor modifications, like subdivisions of the number of polygons for certain parts of the body. For example, Sonistrelle was treated to make her eyes smoother.

But the vast majority of pokémons remain entirely unchanged. I recall that Gamefreak had announced several timesnot having reused the 3D models of the old games , this being one of the reasons cited for the absence of national pokedex included in the games.
Small note in addition, there are also some models of Pokémon announced as not included in the game files. It may be just a little troll bonus Gamefreak for the form
